Involvement in the SHARE volunteer team provides you with many opportunities at all levels, from project officers to the board of directors, for a one-time task or as an ongoing commitment.

Task Force/Committee Opportunities – Help define the direction of your particular area of interest by working on committees and technical steering or task force committees.
Speaking Opportunities – Get involved by presenting a technical session and submitting your presentation for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
Program and Project Positions – Be a part of the SHARE program that advocates your technical area of expertise or interest. Plan and carry out specific tasks at SHARE conferences and other educational events.
Advocacy Opportunities – Represent your company's interests and influence the information technology strategies, products, and services of IBM and other vendors by participating in SHARE's requirement process.
Conference Opportunities – Get involved by chairing a session, assisting with session handouts or scheduling and suggesting speakers and topics for future conferences.
Writing Opportunities – If you have a flair for the written word, submit a technical or user success article for publication.
